The portal enables the seller to upload and manage their properties to sell to potential buyers from all over the country and indeed the world. The website will sit high up the Google search rankings and will be promoted in a number of top national media including The Sunday Times.

• Multiple agency rate at 3%
• Minimum charge of £2,500 per unit.
• Acquisition service at £2,500 per unit.
